Raghav carries 18 years of corporate experience with expertise in leading cross-functional creative product development Teams. In his last role as the Development Director at Electronic Arts (EA Sports), he led the operations for the EA's mobile game development studio in Hyderabad, engaged in crafting highly refined digital consumer experiences for global markets with a P&L of $50M and a player base in excess of 3M DAU's. After his corporate stint, he moved into Public Policy to engage directly with India’s governance needs. He teaches public policy and is currently engaged in building an institution focused on building public leadership grounded in Indian ethos - https://rashtram.org/. He is also the founder of Trikarana - Learning and Development solutions (Pvt ltd) where he trains corporates and universities on creative, product development skills such as Design Thinking, Decision Making Mental Models and Leading Creative Teams.
