Dr. Alok Kumar Verma, is currently working as an Assistant Professor at School of Science and Humanities (History), at Maharishi University of Information Technology, Maharishi Nagar, Sector-110, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Previously, he has worked as an Assistant Professor at Samrat Ashok Subharti School of Buddhist Studies, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India from 1st March 2021 to 10th October- 2023. He has been awarded his M.Phil. and Ph.D. from the Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India in 2021. He has almost ten years of research experience and three years teaching experience, having in-depth knowledge about Buddhism, Jainism, Meditation, Peace, Ancient Indian History and Archaeology, and Indian Knowledge Tradition. He has published more than 15 research papers in National and International Journals including UGC care, and Scopus Indexed Journals. He has always been active in participating in academic discourses in national/international seminars/conferences and symposiums related to his area of research.
