Atha-The Yoga of Here & Now

Indica Yoga presents a two-day retreat on ‘Atha – The Yoga of Here and Now’, in association with Itiyoga. Atha is a Yoga retreat that is ideal for those dealing with a stressful and demanding lifestyle and is looking to rebalance, restore and rejuvenate themselves. Atha marks the beginning of an inward journey facilitated through reflections and an expanding self-awareness, as magnificently laid out in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.  

The two-day Atha – Yoga retreat will be conducted at the School of Ancient Wisdom, Devanahalli, Bengaluru from 22nd – 24th November 2019. The retreat will be facilitated by Dr Vinayachandra, Omkar and Neha.
