Raghu Ananthanarayanan - Ankush Vij - Dr. Nandini Murali
Formally trained as an engineer with an MS in Bio-Medical Engineering from IIT, Madras, Raghu Ananthanarayanan has been in immersive involvement in questions of human life. In academic areas, he has been Cofounder of the Sumedhas Academy of Human Context since 1995, and of the Barefoot Academy of Governance with TISS since 2012. As Director of Flame Tao Knoware Pvt Ltd Raghu spans the commercial world of consulting by helping redesign the client organization for greater alignment and synergy. Raghu has authored several books: Learning Through Yoga, The Totally Aligned Organization, Leadership Dharma, Arjuna the Timeless Metaphor, Organizational Development and Alignment: The Tensegrity Mandala (as co-author with Gagandeep Singh). Currently his wife Sashi and he, donning their role as Chief Mentors are working on nurturing people on a Sacred Quest at Ritambhara Ashram, situated in the beautiful Nilgiris.
Ankush Vij is a CA by qualification. In 2017, Ankush took a break to learn Vedanta (Prasthana Trayam) and Sanskrit language over 3 three years under guru shishya parampara at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, Nagpur. He is associated with Ritambhara since 2017 and is working towards deepening his abhyasa of Yoga and Vedanta and its application in inner work for individual and organisation development.
Dr. Nandini Murali is Vice President, Learning and Research, Avtar Group, Chennai. She is an author, translator, certified life coach (with a focus on loss and transition) and works in the space of Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
She has a doctorate in Gender Studies, two postgraduate degrees each in English and Psychology, and advanced degrees in teaching English as a Foreign Language from the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad, India.
She has written five books, (fiction and nonfiction) and has completed the manuscripts of two other books. A matter of immense personal satisfaction was her role in translating, compiling and editing the world’s first signature edition of the Bhagavad Gita (2016). She has been invited as a speaker for the Orange City (Nagpur) and Kalinga Literary festivals 2021.
A seeker on a sacred quest, her daily spiritual practices have enriched her personal space and her writerly life. She has keen interest in exploring and locating Indic texts and wisdom in a contemporary context through a homespun decolonised Indic framework. Passionate about wildlife photography, Nandini loves to wander in the forests with her camera.
