Sampadananda Mishra (MA, MPhil, PhD in Sanskrit) is currently Director, Centre for Human Sciences, Rishihood University, Sonipat. He also holds the position of Dean Culture in the same University. He was Associate Editor of the Collected Works of Vasishtha Kavyakantha Ganapati Muni published in twelve volumes. In the year 2014, Mishra founded Samskrita Balasahitya Parishad. Recently Mishra has launched a monthly E-magazine for children in Sanskrit called Saptavarna. He is recipient of President's award Maharshi Badarayna Vyasa Samman, Sahitya Akademi Bal Sahitya Puraskar and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Recognition of Re- engineering India by the Re-think India Organization. Civilizational contribution, including in the field of BKS: For last 3 decades Mishra has been working uninterruptedly for the promotion of Sanskrit and Indian Knowledge Systems. Has authored several books on various topics related to Sanskrit and Indian Culture. He has developed a unique curriculum called Devabhasha for teaching Sanskrit innovatively from playgroup to class eight. This is implemented in nearly hundred schools in Bharat. Mishra launched world's first ever 24/7 Sanskrit radio called Divyavani. He founded Samskrit Balasahitya Parishad in 2014 for the promotion of children's literature in Sanskrit.
