Mala Kapadia, Ph.D. is Director, Transdisciplinary Research Initiatives, Anaadi Foundation She was Professor & Director, Centre for Wellbeing & Wellness, Rashtram School of Public Leadership, Rishihood University, Sonipat. She is the Founder of Human Potential Consulting named ‘Tame the Monkey’. Grateful to Gurus- an initiative by IndicA Academy selected Dr. Mala Kapadia as one the Guru in 2023, inspiring young minds in ancient wisdom of Santana Dharma. Dr. Mala is Principal Investigator for IKS Research Project, MoE, GOI, in the field of Wellbeing and Happiness based on Ayurveda. Dr. Mala Kapadia was Associate Professor, People and Performance with SPJIMR in 2005-6. She continued her career as Adjunct Professor with SPJIMR 2007-2010. Dr. Mala was an Adjunct Professor with S. P. Jain School of Global Management at Dubai, Singapore, Sydney, and Mumbai campuses from 2005 to March 2020. Her career has been through research, education, journalism, Human Resources and Consulting. Education Psychology through Ayurveda and Yoga is an integral research area and one of the focus areas of her current work along with creating Indic frameworks and course curriculums for integration into mainstream courses. Dr. Mala was Convenor of Faculty Development Program, Gender Studies, CPDHE, Delhi University, Feb 2022. AyuManasa 2022 was designed and curated along with AVP Research Foundation in July 2022. First of its kind program on Psychology and Ayurveda. Chairperson, Ayurveda Conversations, in association with IKS Division MoE, GOI, Ashirvad Health Trust and Punarnava Trust, 2023. She has participated in many National and International Conferences and Symposiums. Recent Publications: Indigenous Indian Management, Palgrave Studies in Indian Management, Chapter- Understanding Self and Wellbeing based on Ayurveda: Implications for Indian Management. 2020 In Print- Peace as New Dharma book by Springer, contributed a chapter on Peace and Wellbeing.
