Dharma, Artha and Kaama are such Purusharthas, which are interlinked with each other. If we drop any one of them, the fourth Purushartha Moksha is not attainable. Similarly in a blend of Jnana-Karma-Bhakti-Yoga alone lies the path to liberation.
