Shrirang Ramdas Chaudhary is an Assistant Professor at Vishwanath Karad’s MIT–World Peace University, Pune. Shrirang walks the confluence of science, spirit, and storytelling. He is a researcher and storyteller, exploring how awareness manifests through work, relationships, and collective evolution. He is a nondualist and practitioner of the school of recognition from the tradition of Bharathari and Utpal Deva. His academic grounding in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Studies serves as a bridge between the measurable and the mystical — between systems and soul. Through teaching, research, and reflective writing, he seeks to humanise knowledge and illuminate the subtle dialogues between mind and meaning. For him, research is not an occupation but an inner practice — a movement from data to dhyana, from information to insight, from communication to communion.
