Jay has over three decades of business operations experience in world-class companies based in India, APAC, Africa, Europe, and the USA. Executive and board leadership, earning trust with consistent communication and delivering results. He is known as a turnaround specialist with a deep understanding of the Telecom Infrastructure (Terrestrial tower network & network equipment), Electronic control equipment, and Renewable Energy sectors. Has led senior-level global/cross-cultural teams in Operations, Process Re-engineering, and Change & Transition Management. Jay has held positions as Executive and Board leadership, Head of operations, Head of Alliances, Head of Pre-Sales, and Head of Insurances, Head of Services Delivery for over 20 years across different companies. Jay resides in India with his wife. He has two sons who are in Europe; the elder is a financial professional and the younger is a media and information professional. Jay’s wife is a farmer, Shri Krishna (श्री कृष्ण) Bhakt, and Yog coach.
